Description:Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) is any blood cell with a single nucleus. PBMCs consist of lymphocytes (T, B and NK cells), monocytes and dendritic cells. PBMCs are widely used in research fields including immunology, infectious diseases and hematological malignancies etc. Rhesus macaques are one of the most commonly utilized non-human primates in biomedical research. They are employed in numerous research areas, such as immunology, neuroscience, oncology, infectious disease, and toxicology due to their physiology.;
